About us

Lean EPC & PMO Specialists

We are a multidisciplinary engineering and project controls team supporting industrial and steel structure projects across their full lifecycle — from early design and planning to fabrication readiness and site execution.

Our expertise combines 3D steel modeling, fabrication and erection support with Primavera P6 planning, cost control, progress measurement, and risk management. This integrated approach allows us to support EPC contractors, fabricators, and developers with practical, execution-focused solutions — not theoretical consulting.

Services

What we do

We provide integrated engineering, planning, fabrication support, and project controls for industrial and steel structure projects.

Engineering & 3D Modeling

At Inblock, develop fabrication-ready steel structure models using Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and Revit. Our scope includes GA drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated 3D models aligned with fabrication and site execution requirements.

Fabrication & Cutting Optimization

We support fabrication workshops with cutting plans, material optimization, and CNC-ready files. Our approach minimizes material waste, improves production efficiency, and ensures clear assembly logic for workshop execution.

Project Planning & Scheduling (PMO)

We prepare and maintain Level 4–Level 5 project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. This includes manpower planning, look-ahead schedules, critical path analysis, and schedule risk identification.

Progress Measurement & Cost Control

We implement structured progress measurement systems based on man-hours and work packages. Deliverables include S-curves, earned value analysis (SPI / CPI), cash flow forecasts, and periodic progress reporting.

Erection & Site Execution Support

We support site installation through erection sequencing, technical cards, GA-based installation planning, and daily / weekly construction reporting. Our focus is safe, logical, and controlled site execution.

Technical Advisory & PMO Support

We act as an extension of the client’s project team, providing technical coordination, reporting frameworks, and decision-support information to management and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
